Background:

2017:
The problems started when we started our own vehicle dealership and we could not find a modern system that in fact could help us run all little aspect of the business. Vehicle sales done the right way is complicated and there is a lot of small details that can be missed or go wrong.

We wanted a system that could tell our staff what to do, and when to do it.
We also were in need of better statistic and data to perfect the business to make more money.
The human factor often fail when alot of small routines are run mouth to mouth or in excelbased systems, this we did not want to see happen in our dealership.

2018
We established a Team of skilled developers and started with the vision of building the best business system for vehicle dealers.

2020
The first modules were implemented at two of our own motorhome facilities.

We experienced Immediate efficiency-increase and time savings equivalent to one employee.
Further development is being carried out with live testing and direct feedback from the teams at our motorhome facilities, which is simultaneously growing rapidly.

2021 to 2023
Autoavans now runs most of the business -simultaneously increasing our turnover from 189 million to 375 million over two years.

The system now easily replaces three full-time employees, allowing the managers and leadership to focus more on business strategies instead of everything happening on the floor.
Also the facility teams are now delivering more or their responsibilities since they can more easily see their responsibilities within the system.

2024
The development Team has been expanded and Autoavans is further developed. The total developed hours is now 85.000 hours.
Focus is placed on improving sales efficiency, workshop operations, spare parts, statistics, vehicle flow, and more.
The system is becoming better, larger, and more secure. And three motorhome facilities are now operated by Autoavans.

In the current timeline, preparations is now ongoing to launch the system to vehicle dealers during 2025.
